JAC Conversion Kits Ltd reserve the right to cancel or reject orders at their discretion. Orders will only become effective once confirmed by JAC Conversion Kits Ltd. 

Payment terms

Rock and roll bed deposits must be paid within 7 days of the invoice being issued. Failure to make payment will result in your order being cancelled with no notice.

The remaining balance is due on completion of your order. Your balance must be cleared before delivery or collection can be arranged. 

The due date on your invoice is an estimation of when your order will be ready. This is not a guaranteed date for your order being complete.

Postage costs

For most UK mainland addresses the delivery costs are a flat rate of £95. There is a surcharge for certain areas. We will check your postcode with the courier and inform you if the postage will be higher than the flat rate. We will only process your order once you have confirmed your are happy to proceed with the postage surcharge.

Order details

Please ensure that any alterations given to us when ordering are accurate. Any discrepancies by the customer will only be corrected at JAC Conversion Kits Ltd discretion and the customer assumes any additional costs and postage that may occur. Our rock and roll beds are built to a standard size unless told otherwise during ordering. 

Delivery of goods

Deliveries are sent out next day delivery where possible. This service is not available to all areas. Orders are sent out Monday to Thursday only. Weekend delivery is not available. Increased charges for delivery will be applicable when a timed delivery is required or for rural areas. Please ensure someone is home to accept items. Failed deliveries will incur a charge.

We cannot be held responsible for delays with delivery. We use a third party courier company and we will give you an expected date for delivery from the courier when your order is booked out with them. The majority of orders will be delivered as expected but unforeseen circumstances can sometimes occur.

When your order arrives, do not sign the proof of delivery unless you are completely satisfied that the item(s) are in good condition as this will invalidate any insurance claim for damages.
If your item is damaged in transit you must refuse delivery, photograph the damage and get in touch with us through email or by phone as soon as possible.

It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that the goods are suitable upon receiving them and prior to fitting. We cannot be help responsible for any charges incurred by using a third party for installation, if the goods are then found to be unsuitable. All goods should be inspected and tried out prior to fitting. 


Returns must be approved with JAC Conversion Kits Ltd in advance and are covered by 1 years warranty only. It is the buyers responsibility to cover postage for returns unless damaged or faulty. (see delivery of goods)
Bespoke/custom made items are non-returnable unless damaged or faulty.
Deliberate altering/damage to goods immediately invalidates your warranty and we are no longer liable for repairs.


Cancellations can be made within 14 days and full deposit will be refunded. Deposits for orders including bespoke or modified items that are cancelled past 14 days will be refunded at our discretion.
